| Photo of Evershof
from 1898 |
In
1856 the farmer Claus Hinrich Evers, built Evershof near Travemünde.
In those days as well as today Evershof is the only farm near the
shore of the Bay of Lübeck.

| The barn from 1785 |
It
has been in those days, when the linden-alley has been layed out,
which today shapes the impressive entrance to the farm. But the
manor itself is not the oldest building in here. That is the old
barn on the left side of the alley. Its great door-beam carries
the year 1785.

| Court of arms of
the Halske family |
Friedrich Evers, one of Claus Hinrich's sons, heired Evershof, but
he remained childless. Thus his niece Lisa Evers heired the farm
since none of her brothers survived the war (WWI). She married Kurt
Halske, another farmer. His Jörn Halske got Evershof from his
parents, Dieter (son of Kurt) and Irmtraud Halske, and today he
manages the farm with his wife Telse Halske-Liden. They have three
children.
